Our service
Canada Immigration is a private consultancy. We help clients understand Canadian immigration pathways and prepare their applications and supporting documents. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with the Government of Canada or IRCC.
You can apply on your own
Anyone can apply for a Canadian visa or permit directly on canada.ca and pay only the government fees. Our service fee is for our guidance and preparation work and is separate from IRCC fees.
No guarantees
All decisions on visas, permits and permanent residence are made only by IRCC. We do not and cannot guarantee any outcome or processing time.
Who we can serve
- Consultation is only offered to clients who have a valid passport.
- Before we start working on your application, you and we sign a client agreement. You must have your own lawyer to guide you on that agreement.
Fees
Our service fees are shared with you in writing before you commit. IRCC fees, biometrics, medical exams, language tests and other third-party costs are paid by you directly to those providers.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give us true, complete and genuine information and documents. We will not submit false documents or misleading information. Misrepresentation can lead to refusal and a ban from Canada.
